Stag is a 40-year-old internship consultancy connecting students and companies across Brazil. The brand had real credibility, but the site felt dated and wasn't landing with its actual audience: young students entering the job market for the first time.
The client knew something was wrong but not what to fix. My job was to translate "this feels old" into concrete design decisions: what specifically needed to change in tone, layout, and visual language to feel current without throwing away 40 years of trust.

I led the redesign end to end, from positioning to final build. I prototyped the full experience in high fidelity in Figma first, which let the client validate direction early instead of discovering problems after development started. The final site was built on WordPress with Elementor, with CRM integration and a form database supporting lead capture for the client's actual workflow, not just a generic contact form.
The client responded with immediate enthusiasm to the first delivery, and the full project shipped within a 30-day timeline, fast for a full brand and site redesign.
