Stag is an internship consultancy with over 40 years of history, connecting students and companies across Brazil. Despite its solid reputation, their website was holding the brand back. The visual language felt outdated, the layout lacked energy, and the content, both in copy and imagery, wasn't resonating with its core audience: young students entering the job market for the first time. The client knew something needed to change but needed a partner to define exactly what and how.

As the product designer on this project, I led the work end to end, from defining the concept and communication strategy to the final implementation. The redesign started with a clear positioning decision: the site needed to feel fresh and approachable without losing the credibility of a well-established company. I prototyped the full experience in high fidelity on Figma before moving to development, which allowed the client to validate the direction early and with confidence. The final product was built on WordPress with Elementor, integrating the company's CRM and a form database to support lead capture and client workflows. The first delivery was met with immediate enthusiasm from the client, and the entire project was completed within a 30-day timeline.
